We adore highlighting fashion bloggers who style traditional clothing from their country. Ms. Ascia of Hybrid Head Piece did an amazing job making a traditional Kuwait dress look very modern (I'd even wear it!). I'm not sure what to call it, but this lovely velvet drape dress is gorgeous. Even with a pregnant belly, the dress falls just perfectly.
